Our client is a leading Taiwan-based pharmaceutical group expanding into the nutraceutical market, with a portfolio including generics, patented drugs, and health supplements. The company values quality, innovation, and compliance, and is seeking a Production Manager with nutraceutical experience.

【Candidate Profile】

  • 大學以上食品科學、藥學、生命科學或相關科系
  • 五年以上保健品或製藥生產經驗,具管理資歷佳
  • 熟悉 GMP、ISO 及相關品質與生產管理系統
  • 具跨部門協作與專案管理能力
  • 英文中等以上,能進行專業交流
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of production experience in nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals, with management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, and production/quality management systems
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
  • Proficient in English for professional communication

  • 規劃並管理營養保健品之生產流程,確保效率與品質
  • 確保 GMP 與相關法規標準符合,維護合規與產品安全
  • 監督生產排程、人力配置、文件與 SOP 執行
  • 協助新產品導入,並與研發、品保、供應鏈部門合作
  • 培養與指導團隊,提升生產績效與持續改善
  • Plan and manage production processes for nutraceutical products to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and relevant regulatory standards
  • Oversee production scheduling, manpower allocation, documentation, and SOPs
  • Support new product introduction and collaborate with R&D, QA, and supply chain teams
  • Train and guide team members to enhance productivity and continuous improvement
