About TSRC

Core Duties & Responsibilities
推展、追蹤並定期彙整集團HSE相關之 KPI績效報告,提供管理階層決策依據。
建立與分析HSE相關統計數據,提出改善建議並持續追蹤。
撰寫並優化HSE全球作業程序管理規章(含ISO 14001、 ISO 45001管理系統),確保管理規章
標準化和高效運行。
主導專案規劃與執行,包含進度掌控、資源整合與跨公司部門溝通。
進行事故調查與RCI(Root Cause Investigation)進度跟催,撰寫提供管理階層完整報告。
組織審查各公司投入職安衛、環保、消防等相關法規與確保遵守規範。
彙整集團HSE相關之內外部稽核,並追蹤CAPA(矯正與預防措施)之執行情況。
