Our product is currently in the development and commercialization stages, and we are seeking a Technical Lead with strong technical vision, leadership capability, and business mindset to guide our engineering team in building a product that can successfully scale in the market.

About the Role

This role combines the responsibilities of a
Technical Lead
and an
Agile/Scrum facilitator
.

You will lead the engineering team in optimizing product architecture and development processes, drive Agile culture (Scrum), and collaborate closely with the Product Owner, GTM, PM, and cross-regional teams to ensure smooth and effective execution from technical delivery to market readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team in product development, architecture design, and performance optimization
  • Serve as (or coach) the Scrum Master to promote Agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with GTM, PM, and cross-regional teams to translate product vision into clear technical plans
  • Establish development standards and processes (code review, testing, CI/CD, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth progress, quality, and cross-functional communication throughout the development cycle
  • Make technical decisions with a commercialization- and user-centric mindset
  • Coach and develop engineering talents, fostering an open, transparent, and high-performing team culture

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS product development, with background in technical leadership or architecture design
  • Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, etc.)
  • Understanding of cloud economics and FinOps principles
  • Solid experience with modern development technologies (e.g., Python, JavaScript, cloud platforms, databases)
  • Practical experience implementing or driving Agile/Scrum processes; Scrum Master experience is a plus
  • Experience developing or integrating AI-related features/products
  • Strong systems thinking and architecture design skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; able to align teams and stakeholders
  • Business acumen with understanding of go-to-market and commercialization processes, balancing technical and business considerations

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience as a Technical Lead, Architect, or Engineering Manager
  • Experience commercializing SaaS or AI products
  • Background in DevOps, performance optimization, or cloud cost management
  • Knowledge of data analytics, data platforms, or AI model applications
  • Experience supporting products through the commercialization stage
  • Strength in coaching teams, improving development processes, and leading cross-country collaboration
