USI是一間全球員工有2萬名的電子製造服務公司,提供設計與生產給全球消費型電子產品客戶與車用電子產品客戶。此工作會協助人資單位的招募部門:
1. 協助人員招募相關作業,包含履歷資料整理、面試邀約與協助面試進行。 2. 協助外國人員入台相關申請與用印文件作業。 3. 協助人資單位各項活動與流程。
不會沒關係,我們都會教,但是這不會是輕鬆悠哉的實習,而是真的參與HR實質工作, 如果您期望在實習中先得到職場經驗,歡迎投遞履歷。
需求條件: 1. 為大四或碩士生。 2. 具英文基本聽說讀寫,具TOEIC 500分以上尤佳。 3. 對人資相關工作有興趣,或在校期間修習過人力資源相關課程。 4. 如每週有固定一天需回校上課或處理論文,公司有提供每週一天返校假;即希望一週至少能實習四天。 5. 為長期或學期實習,非短期一、兩個月實習。 *外縣市者另提供兩人一間的宿舍空間
