Overview
Job Description
This role drives global operational excellence by leading continuous improvement initiatives across diverse business functions and manufacturing sites. As an internal Lean Six Sigma expert, you will identify improvement opportunities, provide consultancy on complex projects, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through training and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate global continuous improvement programs, driving initiatives across worldwide business sites.
  • Coach and support leaders in executing projects using Lean, Six Sigma, quality engineering, QCC, TOC, SPC, MSA, FMEA, DOE, design thinking, and other CI methodologies.
  • Conduct Six Sigma training for new employees and develop internal trainers, aligning with quality policies and training programs.
  • Develop and implement a strategic continuous improvement roadmap aligned with business goals, coach certification programs, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Undertakes other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by superior from time to time.
