Job Description

We are seeking an organized and efficient Receptionist cum Administrator to join our team in Taipei City, Taiwan. In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for our office while also providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them to appropriate team members
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database systems
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and expense reports
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Handle light clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Basic bookkeeping skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
