• Reporting in to Facilities Manager

• Manage quotations, raise POs and update Yardi accordingly to assist with budget reforecast

• Manage all invoices, raise cheque request forms and proceed accounts payable to make sure all payment arranged well and on time

• Prepare FM monthly report and quarterly report

• Create work requests / PPM schedule / PPM WO and feedback through FM360

• Support activities and programs by facilities management team

• Perform after-hours and weekend duties (if required)

• Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture

• Conduct daily property inspections every morning and ensure it is uploaded to Velocity

• Liaise with Building Management pertaining to any landlord-related issues

• Manage vendors/contractors to ensure works are done in a timely manner and vendors are properly briefed through toolbox talk and completion of PTWs

• Monitors and update the PPMs on a timely basis

• Ensure a smooth process of guest flow for VIPs

• Work closely with Corporate Security to raise/solve any issues pertaining to RES (eg: visitor management system, door lock failure)

• Any other duties as required and assigned by the Facilities Manager
