What You Will Do
Lead the Cross border/Import business supply chain which includes KPI management, Daily/Weekly issue resolution, SOP definition and enhancement, and last mile fulfillmentDefine and execute against import requirements by category and work with business stakeholders to manage the fulfillment of cross border customer orders for millions of selectionsManage 3rd party import and fulfillment partners. Lead the planning and KPI management structure to drive performance to standards and targets with these partnersBe main PIC for communicating with internal stakeholders across Coupang locations in relation to import related subjects for TaiwanBasic Qualifications
8+ years of related experienceExperience on Cross Border Operation or from the courier side is highly advantageousStrong retail, logistics, or e-commerce background with proven ability to drive changeExisting relationship with Taiwan Customs is preferable.The ideal candidate will possess a range of skill set such as leadership development, analytical skills, strong compliance knowledge, think systemically, self-motivation, deep curiosity about how things workAbility to prioritize work and to find a way in a complex, fast-paced environmentProven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externallyDecisive and able to move with speed to implement ideasFluency in Chinese and strong communication in EnglishRecruitment Process and Others
