Job Description- Creating and managing the integrated program schedule by working with cross functional teams.
- Escalating key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive teams.
- Have experience managing ODMs and ODM related Programs
- Lead the development and operations teams in planning, prioritizing and executing product qualification and successful product ramps.
- Driving the Product Life Cycle process compliance by ensuring phase checklist compliance and coordinating phase reviews, and provide enterprise-wide product development status information at weekly intervals.
- Publishing monthly metrics on actual performance to commitments.
- High level strategic decision making through detailed analysis and material preparations.
- Semiconductor engineering-Preferred
- Flash storage industry-Preferred
- Program and project management
- 15 years of experience working as Engineering Program Manager
