We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Compensation & Benefits expert who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and designing reward strategies that truly make an impact.
In this role, you won't just manage numbers — you'll craft policies that inspire, retain, and empower top talent, while helping the company stay ahead in a competitive market.
What You'll Do:
Compensation Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead and guide a small team to manage all C&B operations smoothly, including (attendance, bonuses, salary, insurance, payroll tax, and annual tax filing)
Reward Strategy & Market Insights
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and internal structure analysis; provide recommendations to stay competitive.
Policy Design & Optimization
- Design, review, and improve compensation policies aligned with market trends and legal requirements.
Project Ownership
- Drive HR-related projects, such as incentive scheme redesigns and compensation framework optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure seamless policy execution.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in HR with strong exposure to compensation & benefits; leadership experience preferred.
- Expertise: Solid understanding of labor laws, social insurance, pensions, tax, and payroll compliance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to design salary structures, conduct cost analysis, and deliver executive-ready reports.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Language Skills: English proficiency for professional communication.
