Region APC > Service APAC > Offshore Service APACReporting to the Vice President of Service for Asia Pacific, you will lead our Offshore Service teams in the region supporting operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for windfarms across multiple countries.ResponsibilitiesDirectly supervise a team of 8 to 10 Leaders and organization of up to 300 employees to meet current and future business needsDeliver on financial P&L obligations with revenue up to 100M EURManage Employee Relations strategy to anticipate business needs and establish measure to manage accordinglyParticipate in commercial activities including bid management, contract negotiations, and client disputesEnsure operation KPI targets are met for HSE, warranted availability, and employee satisfactionContribute as an engaged leader in a matrix organization within both the APAC Service business and other support functions including but not limited to HSE, HR, Quality, FinanceOrganize processes efficiently with a focus on continuous improvement to support Vestas profitabilityDirect regional initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost across the Vestas organization.Advise management about important trends in the industry and ensure to exploit these for the benefits of the Vestas businessEnsure internal business transparency and consolidate relevant data for global strategies and goalsDirect and supervise relationships and performance measurement feedback proceduresHandle project plans and follow up on business performance, conducting regular reviews with stakeholders and VPsBe a change agent and secure capability building through engaging with key stakeholders and the implementation of process improvementsSecure relevant risk assessments are completed.Securing that all cost out opportunities are identified and utilized in the business unit.All other responsibilities as assignedQualificationsBachelors' degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education. Masters' degree can be preferred.15+ years of progressive leadership experience in an established organizationProficient in executing project and program management tasks.
