ShopBack began in 2014 as a late-night spark of inspiration between Henry and Joel — not just to build a Cashback platform, but to reimagine how brands and consumers connect. As former advertisers, they understood the limitations of traditional marketing, and saw an opportunity to deliver more value on both sides. That idea quickly turned into action, and the first prototype was built over a weekend with the other co-founders. Today, ShopBack serves over 50 million users across 13 markets, partners with 20,000+ merchants, and powers over half a million transactions daily. • Campaign Management: Organize and coordinate marketing communications across multiple platforms — including the ShopBack App, Website, and CRM — ensuring message consistency and brand alignment.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging and persuasive content to support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with channel owners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing programs that align with business objectives.
• Asset Management: Schedule and manage onsite assets to ensure optimal visibility for deals secured by the Business Development team
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize platform assets and website performance; extract actionable insights to improve future campaigns
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve operational or campaign-related issues to ensure smooth execution
• UX/UI Support: Contribute to user experience enhancement projects and other digital initiatives that boost customer engagement and satisfaction
• Ad Hoc Projects: Take ownership of additional marketing initiatives as needed to support team objectives.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to communicate with stakeholders in the market
• Ad Agency experience is preferred
• A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A creative storyteller with a passion for data-driven marketing
• An agile problem solver who enjoys optimizing processes and improving outcomes.
