Job Description:

此為顧客體驗(Customer Experience, CX)整合策略的核心角色,整合品牌主張、數位與服務等接觸點,打造一致且具差異化的顧客旅程體驗。將帶領體驗設計師團隊,透過研究洞察、體驗藍圖、數位生態策略與創新設計,落地成為具體商業成果。

[ 主要職責 ]

策略引導與顧問服務

  • 以顧客為核心,帶領團隊完成 顧客旅程研究與設計(Customer Journey / Experience Mapping),轉化為具體的溝通與互動策略。

研究洞察與數據應用

  • 規劃並執行 訪談研究、體驗評估、品牌體驗診斷,找出體驗落差與優化方向。
  • 建立 Persona、Journey Blueprint,作為團隊開發體驗設計的基礎。

體驗創新與落地實踐

  • 設計並主持 內部或客戶端工作坊(CX Workshop / Co-creation Session),推動顧客中心文化。
  • 與 UX/UI、技術..等團隊協作,將體驗策略具體化成介面設計與互動機制。

[ 職務條件 ]

必要條件:

  • 8年以上顧問、策略規劃或品牌體驗設計相關經驗(具代理商、顧問公司或品牌端策略背景)。
  • 熟悉 顧客體驗策略方法論(Service Design Thinking、Journey Mapping、CX Blueprint)。
  • 具備 整合思維與跨領域溝通能力,能橫跨品牌行銷、科技、數據與設計團隊。
  • 具備出色的簡報與提案能力,能以故事化與洞察引導設計團隊。

加分條件:

  • 能以中英雙語進行策略報告與客戶溝通。
  • 具備 會員經營 / CRM 策略 / CXM 系統導入 經驗。
  • 有主持或規劃 Design Sprint、Innovation Workshop、CX診斷專案 經驗。
