【Job Responsibilities】

  1. Customer Interface and Requirement Management

Act as the main representative of the customer interface, leading the overall communication between the operation and maintenance team and customers.

Manage customer requirement changes, follow up on major issues, and ensure accurate information transmission and closure.

Possess experience in customer management and meeting chairing, effectively organizing and promoting various review and coordination meetings.

  1. Team Building and Operation Management

Be responsible for the construction, maintenance and management of the operation team, and formulate team work plans.

Implement team performance appraisal, conduct budget and cost control, and improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

  1. Project Review and Capacity Planning

Lead the import review of new projects, be responsible for capacity planning and cost evaluation, and ensure that new project goals are feasible and successfully achieved.

  1. Product Delivery and Supply Chain Coordination

Lead demand analysis, capacity simulation and material tracking, coordinate cross-domain resources, and ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain.

Comprehensively monitor operational data, manage manpower needs, inventory, delivery risks and engineering quality abnormalities, and ensure smooth delivery of shipments.

  1. Change Management and Goal Achievement

Implement change management for major customer requirement changes and internal operation areas to ensure the stable achievement of project goals.

【Job Requirements】

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in science-related fields is preferred.

  2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and can be used as a working language.

  3. More than 3 years of experience in operation management or related project management in the electronics/semiconductor industry.

  4. Experience with customer A is preferred.
