Job Description

工程師:

1. SMT生產流程設計與優化:  

- 設計並優化SMT生產線的流程,確保生產效率和產品品質。  

- 監控生產過程,識別並解決潛在的技術問題。  

2. 生產數據分析與報告:  

- 收集並分析生產數據,提出改進建議。  

- 編寫生產報告,向上級匯報生產狀況和改進措施。  

3. 新產品導入與試產:  

- 參與新產品的導入和試產,確保新產品順利進入量產階段。  

- 與研發部門合作,解決新產品試產過程中的技術問題。  

4. 品質控制與改進:  

- 制定並執行品質控制計劃,確保產品符合品質標準。

- 分析品質問題,提出並實施改進措施。  

5. 員工培訓與指導:  

- 培訓生產線操作員,確保其掌握正確的操作流程和技能。

- 指導新進工程師,幫助其快速適應工作。

工程主管:

1. 管理與監督生產團隊:

- 負責SMT生產工程團隊的日常管理,包括考勤管理與績效初核。

- 執行團隊日常工作培訓和安排,提高工作品質和產出。

2. 制定工作計畫與協調任務:

- 為團隊制定工作計畫,並與其他團隊協調工作任務,以確保目標能順利達成。 - 參照政策和流程規範,協助團隊成員解決日常技術/操作或流程問題。

3. 技術支援與問題解決:

- 提供技術支援,解決生產過程中的技術問題。

- 根據慣例、既有的先例或程序,為非典型(非例行/非常態)或偶發情況下的問題提供可能的解決方案。

4. 生產流程優化:

- 分析生產流程,提出改進建議以提高效率和品質。

5. 跨部門合作:

- 與研發、品質保證、供應鏈等部門合作,確保生產計畫的順利執行。

- 參與新產品導入過程,提供技術支持和生產可行性評估。
