Job Description

1.SMT 生產流程管理

  • 負責錫膏印刷、元件貼裝、回焊、SPI、AOI、AXI、SIP等製程的全面管理。
  • 確保生產效率、品質穩定性及符合車用產品的高可靠性要求(如 IATF 16949; VDA6.3)。

2.品質與安全標準維護

  • 確保符合車用產業的品質標準與安全規範。
  • 營運效率目標管理/成本管控/年度預算/人力資源規劃及持續改善
  • 監督新產品製程導入(DFM review & DIP治工具開發/設計等)及相關改善專案推進

3.團隊領導與人員發展

  • 管理SMT團隊,包含技術員、操作員與工程師。
  • 各部門工作協調,主導跨部門會議,解決生產瓶頸與技術問題確保團隊的有效溝通與合作。
  • 培養團隊技能,推動持續教育與技能升級。

4.生產計畫與成本控制

  • 規劃並執行生產排程,確保交期達成。
  • 控制生產成本,降低物料損耗與人力浪費。
  • 推動 Lean、Kaizen、7S 等改善活動。
  • 協助導入新技術、新產品與新製程。
