We are looking for a data-driven and business-minded Business Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to transform raw data into strategic insights, enabling better decision-making and operational improvements across the business. You will be at the frontline of uncovering patterns, optimizing processes, and powering the growth of our e-commerce business through analytics.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders (e.g. commercial, marketing, operations, sourcing) to identify core business questions and design analysis plans to answer them.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis into customer behavior, campaign performance, operational bottlenecks, etc., and provide actionable, end-to-end recommendations.
  • Monitor key metrics and build dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI, Tableau similar tools) to support ongoing business review and KPI tracking.
  • Continuously review data pipelines and analytical methodologies to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of insights delivery.
  • Participate in data projects that support cross-team initiatives such as growth forecasting, price sensitivity analysis, or funnel optimization.

  • Well-educated with a structured mindset, disciplined in executing analytical tasks with precision and clarity.
  • Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with experience solving complex business problems.
  • Effective communication skills – you can translate data into business language for different audiences.

【Preferred (Bonus Points)】

  • Experience in the e-commerce industry, especially with funnel metrics and supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for advanced analytics and automation.
  • Exposure to dashboard tools like Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent.
