Job Description
Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Work with the sales team and strategic suppliers focusing on demand creation within a defined customer base where you will influence product selection through demonstration and presentation of SoC, FPGA products and development tools.
• Provide in-depth client engineering support and assistance on hardware and software development.
• Adapt existing reference designs to address specific customer needs.
• Do hardware and system level design reviews.
• Prepare and deliver technical training.
• Achieve the target goal (DI$, DW$, MBO, POS) quarterly & annually.
• Follow up the Opportunity, Design-in and Design-win status regularly and do corresponding analysis.
• Account for product promotion & business development for all Microchip product lines, mainly in FPGA applications.
• Collect Marketing information – Competition, SWOT & Future Trend.

Requirements/Qualifications
Job Requirements and Mandatory Skills:

• FPGA design skill with 5 years of field experience is a MUST.
• Familiar with ASIC or FPGA design flow such as Coding/Simulation/Synthesis/P&R/Timing analysis is a MUST.
• Familiar with Verilog/VHDL, scripting and C language, with embedded system knowledge.
• Schematic & PCB layout review ability.
• Well English language ability (spoken &reading & written).
• Good customer relationship management experience.
• PCIe/Ethernet/DisplayPort/USB or other high speed protocol applications development.
• Familiar with embedded design of Soft MCU/Cortex-M series MCU/RISC-V processor.
• AMBA bus and SoC design related knowledge.
• Embedded Linux related knowledge is plus.
• High level synthesis related knowledge is a plus.
• AI/ML related knowledge is a plus.
• 5G/RF related knowledge is a plus.
• Motor Control related knowledge is a plus.
• Good communication skills, especially with company Internal BUs and distributors.
• Can travel, per request, to customer base domestically and internationally, mainly in Asia.
