Job Description

1.從事營建產業/建築類的專案管理工作。

2.投標階段與專案之各專業人員協同作業,在時間壓力下彙整服務建議書及投標文件。需要責任感及抗壓性。

3.專案執行階段,與各專業人員保持聯繫,確保相關報告書、文件、簡報等能夠依契約如期如質交付。與業主及各單位溝通協調,追蹤及處理待辦事項。需要溝通協調及整合能力。

4.依公司內部程序辦理相關簽呈。需要細心及耐心。

5.其他主管交辦任務。需要敏捷的應變能力。

6.具備英語能力或第二外語能力尤佳。具備簡報及圖文編排能力尤佳。
