工作內容:

1.推動品牌形象專案

- 統籌品牌專案,管理專案時程與品質

- 協調內外部團隊達成目標

- 製作提案簡報、預算表與成效回報資料

2.推動社會共好回饋專案

- 發想並推動專案,強化企業社會影響力

- 撰寫計畫書、跨部門協作、管理執行進度與資源配置

3.內外部溝通與整合

- 規劃與執行內外部溝通專案

- 協同溝通公司與集團各單位,共同推動專案

- 製作專案簡報與成果亮點

- 規劃參賽內容與撰寫參賽文件

條件特質:


•大學以上學歷,傳播、行銷、企管、金融等相關科系尤佳


•五年以上相關金融業品牌、公關或永續專案經驗


•主動積極,善溝通協調,具備專案管理與多工協調能力,能獨立完成任務


•具備創新、策略思考和提問力


•具備良好的書面文字、視覺溝通和口語表達簡報力


•熟悉金融集團組織運作


•善用AI提升工作效益

加分條件:


•曾執行公益/CSR/ESG倡議專案


•了解主管機關或利害關係人交易規範


•熟悉影音或數位內容製作,以及AI工具運用


•擁有品牌、公益獎項參賽經驗
