At Coherence Bio, we're accelerating drug discovery with AI and automation. Our platform makes cell-based testing faster, more flexible, and accessible to labs everywhere. Backed by investors in Taiwan and the U.S. and part of UC Berkeley's Public Health Accelerator, we're building globally from day one.
We're hiring a generalist operator to be the CEO's right hand—covering operations, BD, investor relations, grants, and events. You'll help run the company day-to-day, represent us externally, and work directly on strategic projects. This role requires someone who can roll up their sleeves to execute with attention to detail, but also step back to think critically and strategically.
We're looking for someone who is:
• A business/management background
• 5+ years' experience, ideally in startups or fast-moving companies
• Strong English & Mandarin skills for pitches, presentations, and conversations
• Ability to think critically, act independently, and deliver thoughtful solutions
• Willingness to travel and take initiative across diverse responsibilities
• Bonus: background in biotech, healthcare, or life sciences
