【Candidate Profile】

  • 具備基礎程式能力,能理解開發流程並能逐步投入自動化或 AI 測試實作。
  • 曾使用過各類 AI 工具於測試或開發流程,對新技術導入具有學習意願。
  • 熟悉行動 APP 的功能測試、錯誤回報與版本驗證流程。
  • 具良好問題分析能力,能以結構化方式找出異常並清楚與工程師溝通。
  • 對測試流程優化、自動化導入或品質提升具高度興趣。

【Responsibilities】

  • 建立完整測試流程並維護測試資料,使產品在版本更新中持續維持穩定運作。
  • 執行回歸測試並追蹤缺陷處理進度,協助開發團隊加速驗證與問題修復。
  • 導入適合的自動化與 AI 測試工具,提升測試覆蓋率與產出效率。
  • 分析 APP 使用情境並規劃測試案例,確保功能體驗與使用流程皆符合需求。
  • 協助團隊建立標準化測試文件,讓產品迭代與版本管理更加順暢。
