Key Responsibilities │工作內容

  1. 執行客戶可靠性專案與相關單位的跨部門協調,推動解決及改善方案,提升客戶品質與可靠性。
  2. 督導客戶可靠性專案達成其年度工作目標。
  3. 督導澄清RMA退貨之故障原因並要求及追蹤工廠執行改善。
  4. 督導協助MRB及Event可靠性風險評估,作為工廠晶圓出貨處置參考。
  5. 督導策略客戶之DPPM 改善。
  6. 督導協助澄清客戶產品可靠性測試的故障原因並且協助工廠改善。
  7. 編列部門年度預算,督導與執行RMA故障分析相關費用的評估、採購及維護。
  8. 安排與執行部門同仁接受工作相關的訓練課程。
  9. 督導部門落實預防日常與工安衛管理,確保無重大異常事件。

  10. 管理責任:管理5-8人

  11. Lead customer reliability projects, coordinate with related cross-functional teams, and drive corrective and improvement actions to improve customer quality and reliability.

  12. Supervise customer reliability projects to ensure yearly objectives are met.
  13. Oversee the clarification of root causes for RMA returns and ensure the fab implements and tracks corrective actions.
  14. Supervise and assist MRB and event-related reliability risk assessments as a reference for wafer shipment decisions.
  15. Supervise DPPM improvement for strategic customers.
  16. Supervise and assist in clarifying root causes of failures in customer product reliability testing, and support the factory in implementing improvements.
  17. Prepare the department's yearly budget, oversee and execute the evaluation, procurement, and maintenance of resources related to RMA failure analysis.
  18. Arrange and implement work-related training programs for department staff.
  19. Oversee the implementation of daily preventive measures and ESH management within the department to ensure no major incidents occur.
  20. Supervisory responsibility: manage a team of 5–8 people.

Qualifications │條件需求

  • 碩士學歷
  • 工作經歷:10年以上
  • 熟悉RMA職務。
  • 具有半導體產品工程、製程或整合相關工作經驗。
  • 具有故障分析、可靠性、客戶服務相關知識與經驗。

  • 英文聽說讀寫能力精通

  • Master's degree or above.

  • Familiarity with RMA functions.
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor product engineering, process, or integration.
  • Knowledge and experience in failure analysis, reliability, and customer service
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with fluency in English presentations.
