About the job:

Job Purpose & Objectives

Support the Taiwan Global Markets Sales team, including Equity, FX, credit and Rates business. 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in client on-boarding processes and responsible for client data maintenance

• Provide feedback on client activity to internal stakeholders (mainly Trading, Sales Trading)

• Collaborate with support functions to sales

• Suggest ideas to enable cost efficiencies, reduction of operational risk, and scalability of the activity

• Report on performance and potential issues to direct management, and more generally support management as and when required 

• Prepare trade documentations (Chinese/English), provide quotations to clients, and execute trades

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor degree

• Licenses: Senior Securities Specialist (Taiwan SITCA)

• Minimum 1 year experience in the Global Markets product industry and trading

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills, confident, excellent communication and presentation skills

• Reliable and trustable

Language

• Fluent in English and Chinese
