About the role:

• Assist and cover reception duties and manage hand over period
• Assist with managing the maintenance and upkeep of building
• Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure client's needs are met
• Provide assistance in administrative tasks

What this job involves:

• You'll work closely with the Property Management team with activities in reception, maintenance and operations, ordering of supplies, help desk and ad hoc tasks. government rules and regulations to avoid any legal troubles.

• Able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets
•  Support the team effectively as and when needed
•  Ability to manage conflict and conflicting priorities
• Demonstrates ability to work with vendors to deliver efficient services
• Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service
•  Proven ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis
•  Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner
