What Will You Do
As a Product Manager team lead, you'll be involved in all aspects of the planning, execution, and optimization of the platform's search and recommendation experiences. In your day-to-day work, you need to deeply understand user needs, put forward specific improvement plans based on data analysis results, and make good use of advanced algorithms to improve the quality of personalized services. In addition, you'll lead cross-departmental project collaboration to ensure that features go live on schedule and with the desired results. - Based on the user's past search behavior, click history, and purchase history, design and optimize personalized recommendation logic to improve the platform conversion rate.
- Collaborate with the data science team to introduce advanced recommendation algorithms, including vector search and deep learning models, to enhance the accuracy and diversity of recommendations.
- Analyze user habits and preferences, and automatically adjust the layout configuration of search results pages and recommendation modules to improve the interactive experience.
- Lead A/B testing and dynamic UI/UX adjustments to effectively evaluate the impact of product revisions on user behavior and continuously optimize them.
- Lead the search and recommendation experience team, set clear goals and help members realize their potential, and jointly drive the implementation of product strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering and design to ensure that projects are executed smoothly and achieve desired outcomes.
- Track and analyze key product metrics and apply data-driven decision-making to continuously improve product competitiveness.
- Research market trends and emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to stay ahead of the platform.

- Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills with more than eight years of experience in product management and more than three years of experience leading PM or cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with the fundamentals of search and recommendation systems and algorithmic trends, such as collaborative filtering, reranking, and LLM applications.
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration, able to effectively integrate data science, engineering and design resources to drive project progress.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making processes, including A/B test design, execution, and product metrics analysis.
- Those who have participated in the planning or optimization of e-commerce, content platforms or large-scale user products, and have rich practical experience in the industry are preferred.
- Practical experience in Vector Search and Embedding-based Recommendation is a bonus to meet the challenges of complex recommendation scenarios.
- Familiarity with LLMs in search and recommendation scenarios, such as Query Rewrite and Semantic Search, is a plus.
- Those who have worked on large-scale recommender systems or search engine design and optimization projects are especially welcome, as they can quickly integrate into the team and contribute their expertise.
