Introduction – Our client is a global Tier 1 semiconductor manufacturing company, currently seeking experienced Facility Managers specializing in the following areas: HVAC, Gas & Chemical, and CSA. Strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a background in managing large-scale facility systems within a semiconductor environment.

The *Facility Construction (Sr.) Manager* will be responsible for:

– Manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.

– Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials and other related costs.

– Designs and develops organizational policies relevant to the facilities department.

– Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion.

– May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

The *Facility Construction (Sr.) Manager* will have:

– Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field or equivalent work experience

– Experience in Electrical, CSA, Water, Gas&Chemical, or Hookup work is welcome

– Semiconductor working experience is a must
