Job Responsibilities:

MKT 部門專員/助理 工作內容

50%- 1. 行政與資源管理:提升部門營運效率 

l 管理部門 A&P 估價單彙整,請款流程與對帳,部門 T&E 費用管理與控制。

l 安排與行銷相關部門內與跨部門會議與行程,彙整文件與報告資料。 

l 管理部門合約檔案與內部流程,協助行政事務推進。 

l 貴賓禮遇卡以及現金禮券的申請與印製。 

l 協助新人報到事宜。 

l Marketing Director 費用請款。 

20%- 2. 設計物與品牌布置管理:整合視覺資源 

l 負責店內與電子布置物數量統計、配送安排與陳列協調,管理電子佈置物的上架與維護。 

l 確保布置物使用符合品牌形象,並定期優化曝光策略。

10%-3. 行銷專案與部門支援:協助規劃與執行各類活動 

l 負責區域行銷活動執行與追蹤,協助單點業績成長。 

l 支援 PM 進行行銷專案的推進。 

l 撰寫與發布行銷活動公文,統籌內部通知作業。 

10%-4. 銷售數據與市場資訊分析:為決策提供數據與市場洞察 

l 檢視每週品牌力追蹤,提供 PM & Agency了解投資效果。 

l 製作與分析各類銷售報表,支援定期與即時性業務需求(如日報、週報、月報)。 

10%-5. 支援 Marketing Director ,執行 Ad-hoc 專案與部門活動

學歷要求: 大學科系要求: 一般商業學類、企業管理相關、市場行銷相關語文條件: 英文 -- 聽 /中等、說 /中等、讀 /中等、寫 /中等擅長工具: Excel、Outlook、PowerPoint、Word工作技能:文書處理╱排版能力、行政事務處理、報表彙整與管理、行銷製作物規劃與執行
