Job Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design and configure system solutions based on business requirements and best practices.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues during project implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Develop functional design documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and provide go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Provide support for incident management and handle Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support to resolve the system issues.
  • Apply EPM knowledge to design scalable end-to-end solutions
  • Assist in project management tasks, including progress tracking, issue resolution, and change management.
  • Deliver user training sessions and support knowledge transfer activities.
  • Provide recommendations for system improvements and financial process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree programme or above in relevant discipline(s), including Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, etc.
  • 3 years+ of experience in application implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM is highly preferrable.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle EPM modules.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Oracle or MySQL) and experience in creating BI Publisher reports.
  • Experience in large-scale or multi-national Oracle EPM projects.
  • Has a keen interest in customer facing consultant role.
  • Ability to guide customer based on leading practices
  • Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English, verbal and written
  • Critical thinker, problem solver, curious learner
  • Able to learn new products and technologies on the job quickly.
