About the job:

Job Purpose & Objectives

Support the development of the commercial franchise of the Equity Derivatives business in Asia, concentrating mainly on the coverage of Trust Banks, Private Banks and Securities Houses in Taiwan. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationship with existing clients

  • Assist in client onboarding processes

  • Execute equity derivative client transactions, in adherence with the Bank's policies and guidelines

  • Provide market colour, sales commentary and research to clients

  • Provide feedback on client activity to internal stakeholders (mainly Trading, Sales Trading)

  • Collaborate with support functions

  • Suggest ideas to enable cost efficiencies, reduction of operational risk, and scalability of the activity

  • Monitor markets and competitors to identify trends and opportunities

  • Report on performance and potential issues to direct management, and more generally support management as and when required 

Job Specifications

Qualification & Experience

  • Taiwan Securities license

  • Bachelor or Master degree

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Equity Derivatives Structured product industry

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident, excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Reliable and trustable

Language

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
