Software Engineer II

We are looking for a motivated R&D engineer to help develop Cadence's industry-leading verification tools. The ideal candidate will have experience working on EDA verification/simulation tools, but the position is open to candidates with a background or interest in EDA, simulation, or a related field. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of creative engineers working on an exciting new product. Engineer needed to work with highly motivated group of developers on complex software development. Our team is looking for talents in Taiwan. Requirements :
+ B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
+ Strong C++ programming experience on Linux and knowledge of data structures and algorithms is required.
+ Experience developing solutions for debug, tracing, or profiling.
+ A deep passion to write software
+ Knowledge of HDL (Verilog, VHDL), SystemC, and/or verification languages (SV, e) is desirable
+ We're looking for someone with good communication skills, works well in a tight-knit team environment and develops maintainable, high quality C/C++ code using a structured development methodology following detailed coding standards.
