The Role:

  • This role is not only a replacement but also part of business continue plan, hence it's very important for current business.
  • There are two service business in ESC cell, the amount of work can't be done by only one technician, it's better to have two technicians to share work loading here based on current orders.
  • With two technicians, ESC could have Flexible work schedule if two-shift is needed for urgent orders.

In this role you will:

  • Cleaning processes for products and fixtures (bead blasting, polishing, and cleaning)
  • Quality confirmation and report issues
  • Highly organized and attentive on work.
  • Must be passionate about work.
  • Willing share working experience and keep improving efficiency.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

  • University graduate, a degree in science and mechanical engineering are preferred but not required.
  • Highly proactive. Intermediate communication and negotiation skills. Operating Microsoft Office system is an absolute necessity (Word & Excel).
  • Intermediate spoken and written English (Preferred).
  • Aware of a few manual labor or practical work needed.
