Your role:

  • Defines the product roadmap with a time horizon of timeline for a product range with known functionality and existing technologies. 
  • Defines proposals for the short-term marketing strategy for specific product category.
  • Translates the midterm product roadmap into concrete product specifications. 
  • Implements the short-term business plans, goals and product roadmap. 
  • Cooperates with Product Managers, who are responsible for short-term product portfolio, MarCom and MIP. 
  • Makes use of external specialization, such as MarCom and marketing research.
  • Acts within MarCom directives and defined marketing plan.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor degree or above major in Business and Marketing is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in related marketing area with MNC working environment
  • Fluent in English communication, reading and writing is a MUST
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
  • Sensitive with numbers and good in analytical
  • With Project Management, Business Development and/or Sales experience will be a PLUS.
  • Experience in leading a small team will be a Plus.



How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
