Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in TW to ensure their compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Support TW payroll processing, tax filing, relevant payment, and payroll vendor coordination
  • Partner with business, TA and IT team to ensure a smooth preboarding, onboarding experience for new hires in TW. Support TW employee's exit procedures, clearance, and documentation.
  • Assist the year-end review process and prepare relevant documentations
  • Be part of the core team member of global Employee Services Hub to own some TA operational processes supporting global business
  • Play a key role in vendor staff's preboarding, onboarding and exiting processes and work closely with group HR to track the relevant cost
  • Assist in Giving-Back activities, Year-End Gala Event, and other employee engagement events if any.
  • Handle registered office reservations, hot desk/meeting room bookings, related invoices, and office logistics if any.
  • Assist HR Manager and team on operations, process improvements, and ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR function
  • Excellent numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized and hardworking team player with good communication skill
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • With HR sensitivity & confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize & manage competing tasks
