Responsibilities

  • Develop and launch projects for the bank's deposit and secured loan offerings within the Consumer Banking segment
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for project planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless project delivery and customer experience
  • Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, to present project development, insights and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for deposit and secured loan products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product or project management, with a focus on deposit or secured loan products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the banking industry and regulatory environment
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques
