JR52485 Capacity planning Manager 1. Develops and implements the organization's capacity and IE control functions including planning systems such as CSM, CALM, asset purchase / inventory management and manufacturing performance reporting such as bucket report, capacity utilization, capacity upside request and flex cap readiness. 2. Responsible for long term/short term planning, reviewing, and developing capacity planning procedures and personnel. Maintains reports to reflect scheduling, methods, support performance, and process procedures. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.3. Need to articulate and provide sound recommendation to address any lookahead plan to be ready for production ramp program. Also drive for productivity effort with the team through enhancing the existing business process and developing analytical tools with the IT support within MEM and AT organization.
