This Taiwan-based role will support clients and business growth in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide professional editorial support for various ad products including keyword proposals, copywriting and ad appeal requests.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, troubleshoot and escalate editorial, delivery and performance issues, and provide optimization strategies and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales effectively to trengthen customer relationships by professionally handling editorial and ad support enquiries raised by clients and agencies.
  • Develop and provide strategic insights, campaign summaries and recommendations, and regular account reviews and reports to clients
  • Support monetization projects with creative development to maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintain keyword database and ad reports to support various business needs.
  • Actively research, test and propose new approaches to improve results

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Arts or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of sales/marketing experience; search engine marketing or related experience
  • A background working with clients and/or in a client services role
  • Demonstrated experience and passion in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns to achieve business goals
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills including advanced knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to creatively solve problems and uncover opportunities through the use of data, analytics, and critical thinking
  • Cantonese speaking is required
