As a Vice President, you will maintain and develop key investor client relationships, executing a wide range of products for distribution. You will work closely with business partners across banking, payments, trading, and research to provide comprehensive client coverage. Your role will be central to driving trade concepts and market themes for corporate clients, while fostering a collaborative team culture. You will have the opportunity to mentor junior talent and contribute to the growth of our business in Taiwan. This position is vital to delivering market product services and supporting our banking franchise locally.
Job responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with key corporate clients in Taiwan
- Execute day-to-day sales and distribution of FX and rates derivatives products
- Generate ideas and provide market insights to clients
- Collaborate with partners in banking, payments, trading, and research
- Deliver comprehensive client coverage across the platform
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Drive trade concepts and themes for corporate clients
- Provide market product service locally
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Present product solutions and market insights to clients
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a collaborative culture
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive experience in corporate sales
- Established relationships with corporate clients in banking in Taiwan
- Strong team player with ability to partner across business functions
- Critical thinker with ability to drive trade concepts
- Strong understanding of FX and rates derivatives
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate a broad range of corporate clients
- Confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to provide market product service locally
- Strong qualitative skill set
