Position Overview
The Marketing & Administrative Intern plays a vital role in supporting both business development and internal operations. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing communications, content creation, and administrative coordination. By contributing to client engagement, brand visibility, and business support, the intern helps strengthen the company's overall efficiency and presence in the green energy sector.

- Contributes to business growth by assisting in client database management and lead nurturing.
- Strengthens internal processes by providing administrative and presentation support to supervisors and sales teams.
- Advances the company's positioning in the green energy industry through articles, case studies, and award application materials.
Responsibilities
Sales Data and Client Information Management
Compile and organize potential client lists.
Maintain client information and assist in distributing marketing messages via SMS, email, and EDM campaigns.
Website and Social Media Maintenance
(remote-friendly)Update company website content, including news, project achievements, and visual uploads.
Support scheduling and publishing posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE@).
Content Writing and Marketing Communications
(remote-friendly)Draft one weekly article on green energy industry insights or case studies.
- Repurpose content into posts, EDMs, or blog entries.
Coordinate publication across multiple channels (FB, IG, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Business Presentation Development
Assist with PowerPoint design, photo organization, and data consolidation.
Support the creation of polished business presentations for client meetings.
Award Application Support
Contribute to drafting application documents and initial reports.
Gather and organize internal data, charts, and visuals for award submissions.
Administrative Assistance
Provide day-to-day administrative support to supervisors.
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated interest in the green energy or technology industry is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, with openness to feedback and collaboration.
