We are looking for a Medical Strategy & Field Lead, Immunology Taiwan & Hong Kong who is patient value orientated, self-discipline and has high ethical standards and business ethics to join us in our team, based in our TW office.

What you'll do

Build scientific discipline thru the teaching/coaching of competencies leading to improved performance for Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in TW/HK.

Oversee the assessment, planning and implementation of medical strategy and activities to ensure maximum patient and stakeholder value creation, and fulfilment of Immunology strategies.

Ensures that individuals have the training, market knowledge and resources to effectively support individual liaisons in driving patient value creation and achieving Immunology business objectives.

Supports MSL's in development of tactical plans for each market that reflects the specific ecology and patient needs and is aligned with the strategic and financial goals of the Immunology and ensuring consistency of role deployment across ecosystems.

Ensure UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards. The expectation is that compliance is a part of how we operate. Compliance violations may lead to disciplinary action including impact on annual appraisals.Adherence to compliant behavior is an expectation at UCB.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

Education:

  • Master's degree or above in life sciences or healthcare
  • PharmD, PhD or MD is preferred

Experience:

  • 5-year experience as a Medical Advisor


  • 3-year experience as a People Manager


  • Solid expertise and experience in managing PSP and creating RWE
  • Proven track records of developing and implementing medical strategy and plan in line with portfolio objectives and priorities
  • Knowledge of local regulatory guidelines/requirements
  • Demonstrate great leadership skills in building a high-performing team and collaborating with regional /local cross-functional colleagues
  • Demonstrate excellence in written and verbal communications
  • Demonstrate strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution
