• 為 達美樂台灣資訊環境提供支援和維護。 這包括安裝、診斷、維修、維護和升級所有基礎設施、最終用戶設備和設備,以確保最佳的業務績效。
• 及時並準確地解決問題(親自、透過遠端工具、電話或Teams/LINE聊天),並在需要時提供最終用戶協助。
• 此職位需加入 7 天輪值表的一部分,包含待命(on call)部分,需要出差。
• 承接回應門市與加盟主們及辦公室人員的支援請求。
• 轉接L3相關等級問題給本地或集團相關資訊團隊
• 處理人員到離職設備及帳號交接
• 處步處理硬體和軟體問題。
• 維護和更新IT相關文件。
• 協助實施資訊科技項目。
• 培訓員工使用新技術和系統。
• 與其他團隊合作提升系統性能。
• 與門市人員,加盟主與支援辦公室員工溝通並協助排除問題
• 與廠商溝通洽談,提高資訊部對於設備後續維護跟採購管道
