Position Description :

The Senior AI Planner will be a pivotal role within our organization, tasked with a deep understanding of AI market developments and partner landscapes. This position requires strategic acumen and a capability to integrate LINE's various services to promote market presence according to different AI scenarios. The ideal candidate will lead efforts in aligning our AI strategies with market opportunities to maximize business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities :

  • Market and Partner Analysis:
     Conduct thorough research to understand the evolving dynamics of the AI industry and the status of key partners. Identify potential AI applications and integration opportunities within different market segments.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation:
     Design and implement AI-driven marketing strategies that leverage LINE's services across different AI scenarios. Ensure that strategies are adaptable and scalable to meet changing market and technological trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to ensure that AI strategies are integrated seamlessly with broader business objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments to enhance synergy and innovation.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
     Regularly assess the effectiveness of AI strategies and initiatives. Provide insights and reports to senior management on performance metrics, market feedback, and new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement:
     Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and market trends. Advocate for and implement best practices in AI planning and execution within the organization

Qualifications :

  • Experience
    : Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI strategy, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably with exposure to technology and partnership management.
  • Skills
    :
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and partners.
  • Proficient in utilizing AI technologies and tools to drive business decisions and marketing strategies.
  • Language
    : Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
