Job Description:

  • 依據韌體開發需求調整資源配置,並負責監督軟韌體開發進度,協助排除技術問題與進行跨部門溝通。

  • 參與系統架構設計與控制架構討論,確保嵌入式軟體與數位電路設計的功能協同與介面定義清晰,以及制定嵌入式控制流程、驅動架構與通訊協定(如SPI、I2C、UART等)。

  • 依據研發需求與產品策略,推動新功能開發(如跨模組同步、OTA機制或是相關周邊電路介面開發)。

  • 專注於團隊成員的技術成長與發展,協助人才技術成長與培育。

Skill:

  • 具備Linux操作系統與Embedded system開發經驗,熟悉FreeRTOS、Zephyr等。

  • 具備在 SoC 平台(如 ARM Cortex-M/R/A)上進行系統 bring-up 的經驗。

  • 熟悉與 FPGA、Sensor、電源模組等周邊的介面與控制流程設計。

  • 具備團隊協作與技術領導經驗,能針對成員能力規劃任務並進行技術審查。
