● Responsibilities

1、領導IT團隊,配合專案需求,按時完成MES系統的導入。

2、供應商管理與協調軟硬體系統整合,專案包含

2.1 MES系統模組應用、SCADA、自動化系統、SFIS整合應用

  1. 2整合MES相關資料與輔助生產與工程分析

2.3 協助開發與MES有關的報表與系統。

3、瞭解公司的運營方針,為MFG與IT提供MES支援,系統優化使用者的活動,並對流程提出改進建議。

4、管理、領導、培訓MES IT團隊,並帶領團隊完成製造相關系統的運維

5、跨部門溝通與協調

6、能接受未來幾年能夠帶領MES 團隊出差去集團各工廠(含國內外工廠)完成MES導入的工作。

● Qualifications

  1. 學歷要求:大學及以上,資訊相關科系畢業。

  2. 英文聽說讀寫精通。

  3. 工作經驗Experience (in Function)

具工廠資訊管理MES經驗至少5年以上,有導入經驗者尤佳(有Pangus 盤古MES經驗者優先)。

  1. 教育背景Education

本科及以上學歷,資訊相關科系畢業

  1. 專業背景Specific Knowledge

1)具有豐富的IT專案管理的經驗,特別是MES系統導入的專案經驗。

2)具備特定知識包括資料庫知識,如:Oracle資料庫,PG資料及SQL的應用、管理能力;有程式開發的經驗,最好是Java的開發。有機台聯繫的開發、管理經驗。

3)有IT MES團隊的管理經驗
