An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor to join a forward-thinking organisation in Taipei. Key Responsbilities

  • Prepare, consolidate, and review comprehensive budgets and forecasts specifically for administration and general expenses, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor spending trends meticulously and provide detailed variance analysis against established budgets and forecasts to support effective cost management.
  • Support the monthly closing process by managing expense accruals and updating forecasts to maintain accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Develop user-friendly dashboards and advanced reporting tools that enhance visibility into expense data for stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate closely with functional leaders to understand their business needs and translate these requirements into clear financial impacts.
  • Provide management with timely financial insights that enable informed decision-making across departments.

Key Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline is required to ensure a strong foundational knowledge base.
  • At least five years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar roles within multinational or corporate environments demonstrates your capability to handle complex scenarios.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with solid experience in financial modelling enables you to manage large datasets efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities help you build effective partnerships with non-finance colleagues across the business.
  • A self-driven attitude complemented by hands-on experience ensures you can work independently while remaining responsive to team needs.
  • Proven track record of supporting management through insightful analysis that informs strategic decisions highlights your value as a trusted advisor.
