我們正在尋找一位技術嫻熟的優秀Java後端工程師加入我們充滿活力和創新的團隊。

作為後端工程師,您將在我們後端系統的開發和維護中發揮至關重要的作用,確保高性能、可靠性和可擴充性。

您將與跨職能團隊密切合作,設計和實施強大的解決方案,以滿足我們的業務目標。

技能面向:

*具有較強的 Java 技能,至少 5 年的 Java 開發專業經驗。

*具備大流量、高併發與多執行緒工作經驗。

*分散式架構設計與實作。

*實作本地快取(local cache)。

*了解與掌握各種資料結構和Java Concurrent。

系統開發:

  1. 使用 Java 和相關技術設計、開發和維護可擴展且高效的後端系統。

  2. 與前端開發人員、產品經理和其他利益相關者協作,瞭解業務需求並將其轉化為技術解決方案。

  3. 熟練掌握基於JVM的框架技術,如SpringBoot等。

  4. 具有消息佇列的經驗,例如 Kafka。

  5. 熟悉快取機制,例如 Redis。

  6. 熟練使用關聯式資料庫和 SQL 語法與調教。

  7. 積極的態度和在快節奏環境中茁壯成長的能力。

  8. 具有出色溝通技巧的獨立貢獻者,可實現有效的團隊合作。

  9. 較強的問題解決能力。

  10. 具有 Git、GitLab CI、Maven的經驗。

協作:

  1. 與跨職能團隊合作,包括產品經理、設計師和其他工程師,以提供高品質的軟體解決方案。

  2. 參與敏捷/Scrum 開發方法,包括衝刺計劃和回顧。

API開發:

  1. 構建和維護RESTful API,支援前端功能和第三方集成。

  2. 確保 API 安全性和性能,同時遵循行業最佳實踐。

其他

熟悉容器化技術,例如Docker、K8S。
