We are seeking experienced, highly motivated, and independent developers to join a small, cross-functional "special force" engineering team reporting directly to the CTO. This engineering team tackles high-impact projects and platform development that demand rapid execution, deep technical expertise, and full ownership from gathering requirements to delivering production-ready solutions. This role offers a modest fixed base salary combined with a significant performance-based bonus, providing stable income with strong upside potential, and allows for partial remote work during sprints.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and maintain games, platforms, and internal tools using , TypeScript, React, , and AI/ML integrations.
  2. Collaborate closely with PMs and product teams to align requirements and leverage existing solutions for seamless integration.
  3. Own projects end-to-end, to gather and clarify specifications, architect solutions, and deliver production-ready systems with minimal supervision.
  4. Work as a tight-knit, cross-functional unit, supporting one another across back-end, front-end, and AI tasks to ensure smooth, timely delivery.
  5. Innovate rapidly, evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to keep platforms and games ahead of industry trends.
  6. Conduct code reviews, testing, and performance optimization to ensure high quality, scalability, and security.
  7. Document designs and technical decisions for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
  8. Provide timely production support and troubleshooting, ensuring mission-critical systems remain stable and reliable.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. 5+ years of professional development experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript.
  3. Either : (1) Advanced backend skills in , including RESTful API design, asynchronous processing, and scalable server infrastructure, or (2) Solid frontend expertise in experience a plus), plus strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  4. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and code-review workflows.
  5. In-depth experience with agile/scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  6. Proven ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements to production delivery.
  7. Experience deploying and scaling applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for learning new technologies (AI/ML experience welcomed).
  9. Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with outstanding communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across teams and explain technical concepts clearly.

  3. Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL like PostgreSQL/MySQL, NoSQL like MongoDB/Redis) and database optimization techniques.
Compensation & Bonus
  1. Fixed monthly base salary to provide stable income.
  2. Majority of total compensation comes from milestone completion bonuses, rewarding timely, high-quality project delivery and measurable impact.
  3. Bonus eligibility reviewed for each project, based on clear performance metrics such as delivery, code quality, teamwork, and overall contribution.
