We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. They are an innovative startup in the incubation stage, dedicated to revolutionizing AI matching and user profiling through advanced machine learning technologies. Their goal is to create unparalleled user experiences by matching individuals based on nuanced understanding of their needs and preferences.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join their team. You will oversee and manage mobile and web applications of their platforms.If you are passionate and enthusiastic about the web3 industry, come and join the team

Job Description:

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of web and mobile applications, ensuring adherence to quality standards, project timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and business leaders, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Manage the entire software development life cycle, ensuring effective project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development within the mobile engineering discipline.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mobile app architecture, frameworks, and development standards in alignment with company-wide technology strategies.
  • Manage the continuous improvement of the existing systems and streamline the software development process.
  • Enforce industry best practices, coding standards, and guidelines to produce efficient, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile application development projects, preferably in social app development.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack development concepts, including back-end and front-end technologies.
  • Experience in automation testing and performance testing is a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a proven ability to effectively manage agile teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, along with strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to deliver innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
