What We Need:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team in Taichung. The role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations while growing within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense verification.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare and update financial records, vouchers, and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash handling, and other routine finance activities.
  • Support month-end closing processes, including journal entries and basic reconciliations.
  • Provide assistance in preparing financial reports and documents for management review.
  • Liaise with vendors, banks, and internal teams for finance-related matters.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks within the Finance department.

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (internship or full-time) in accounting, finance, or audit.
  • Basic knowledge of Taiwanese accounting standards and tax regulations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
