職務說明:

展覽研究員負責支持策展研究與展覽規劃,透過蒐集、整理及分析藝術家、作品及歷史脈絡的相關資料,協助策展團隊構築展覽主題、內容脈絡及策展論述。需與展覽、教育、公關、設計等部門密切協作,整合展覽內容與表現形式,並協助審閱媒體稿件、出版品及導覽文字內容。

同時負責管理與維護研究資料庫與檔案系統,確保資料完整且具可追溯性,支持未來展覽及出版工作。此外,協助策劃展覽相關的公共講座、論壇及學術活動,並促進與外部學術單位的合作與交流,以強化研究資源與學術網絡。

Position Summary:

The Exhibition Researcher supports curatorial research and exhibition planning by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to artists, artworks, and historical contexts. This role assists the curatorial team in developing exhibition themes, contextual frameworks, and curatorial narratives. Close collaboration with departments such as exhibition, education, public relations, and design is required to integrate exhibition content and presentation formats. The researcher also assists in reviewing media materials, publications, and exhibition texts.

Additionally, the role involves managing and maintaining research databases and archival systems to ensure data completeness and traceability, supporting future exhibitions and publications. The Exhibition Researcher also contributes to planning public lectures, forums, and academic events related to exhibitions, while fostering collaboration and exchanges with external academic institutions to enhance research resources and academic networks.

Qualifications:

  1. Doctoral degree (PhD)
    in Art History, Museology, Cultural Studies, Visual Arts, or related fields.
  2. Excellent research skills and strong curatorial sensitivity.
  3. Proficient in reading and writing academic literature in both Chinese and English; additional language skills (e.g., Japanese or French) are a plus.
  4. Strong communication skills and experience in project coordination.
  5. Familiarity with exhibition production processes and museum operations.
  6. Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills with a high standard for quality outcomes.
  7. Possess an international outlook with integrative, innovative, and strategic thinking capabilities.

工作待遇:

月薪新台幣 80,000 元以上(具體薪資將依應徵者經驗與能力而定)。

Compensation:

Monthly salary starting at NT$80,000 or above, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
